By accessing AsianNovels.com or using the AsianNovels mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

We provide access to a database of over 10,000 Asian novels and provide server-side tools to export these novels into various formats (EPUB, PDF, MOBI, AZW3, FB2, DJVU, DOCX, and TXT).

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features, such as ad-free exporting or unlimited daily generations, require a paid subscription managed through the Google Play Billing System.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via the Google Play Store.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's standard refund policy.

4. Advertising (AdMob)

To keep the basic service free, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of these ads. You may remove advertisements by purchasing a premium subscription.

5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The novels provided in our database are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any exported files.
  • Automated scraping of our 10,000+ novel database is strictly prohibited.
  • Abuse of our server-side export engine may lead to account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

AsianNovels provides the service "as is." We do not guarantee that every export will be perfectly formatted for every device, though we strive for maximum compatibility.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
